We have both unemployed and unemployable YOUTH in Rivers State. There is so much that the State Government can do to aid PRIVATE ENTERPRISE and make our YOUTH Economically active and independent. But no. There political strategy is based on your POVERTY and ZOMBIE-LIKE FOLLOWERSHIP.

Here we have a SOCIETY that breeds cultism and barbarism. A SOCIETY where young have taken their destiny in their hands and have thus industrialised criminal vices such kidnappings and political thuggery. 

We talk about Arming the POLICE with vehicles and etc as if that's the panacea to the general state of insecurity, when we have Poverty and Privation in anthropomorphic dimensions. You don't need to have a political proclivity to differentiate between RIGHT and WRONG.

The PURPOSE of State Government is to bring GOVERNANCE very close to the PEOPLE, in ORDER to improve EVERY detail of their ERGONOMIC and SOCIAL Circumstances. 

Kindly LOOK at the state of the State and ask this salient QUESTION: is this the best a 21st Century Government can offer?
