"This monorail project was conceptualised by Gov. Donald Duke, prosecuted by Senator Liyel Imoke before Gov. Ben Ayade completed it.

Sadly, Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike is still playing crass politics with the Rivers State Monorail project started by Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi."
