Children are wonderful gift from God, they are the happiness of their parents. Every great leader that we have in our country Nigeria today passed through the vital stage of "the child" and so, children are truely the leaders of tomorrow. Since that is correct, we must take proper care of the children, we must learn to train them up in the good way that they should grow, so that when they are of age, they will carry on in that good way which has internalised in their system.
On the occasion of the "world children's day" which is today the 27th of May 2018, the *Initiative For Change & Development(ICD)* hereby wish children of our dear Rivers State, Nigeria and the world at large healthy growth into greatness. On that note, today being the 27th of May 2018 reminds of a very valuable person in Rivers State and Nigeria . His reign as governor of Rivers State at the time was highly beneficial to children of the state. He is the person of the *Rt. Honourable Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi(CRA)* who is the serving super minister of transportation of our great country Nigeria. *CRA* provided free and quality education for children in primary and secondary schools in the State. For him, education is the bedrock of society, and any society that love it's children, any society that values it's children will give them opportunity for free and sophisticated education.
The 27th of May being the date to celebrate children all over the world is coincidentally the born date of the giant of development; *Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi*. On that same platform, we wholeheartedly wish the super minister many more years in good health, may the good lord grant him open doors in all spheres.
