Apart from the appointments we get from the FG through CRA and others, that we gladly appreciate with all honesty and commitment, I refuse to believe the presidency left the Rivers people at the mercy of the governor who do not give a hoot about our existence or survival.
We have complained, wept, and begged the FG to come to our aide as the Wike led state government has refused to consider the health of the Rivers people as it concerns the air we breathe due to the pollution caused by the operation of illegally refined petroleum activities by the boys loyal to the incumbent governor and his assembly members.
As if that was not enough, the governor has perfected plans to legalise terrorism in the state, so that, while the soot brings slow death, the guns will hasten the killings. The terrorist he gave amnesty to, will now be incorporated to his militia team so that their operations will go on unhindered.
We plead to the federal government to come to our rescue before the situation gets out of control, and the legalised militia use us to test the efficacy of the ammunitions they seized from late Don Wanny and other terrorists and criminals.
