You are free to argue INTELLIGENTLY why Wike must be excused from PUBLIC Scrutiny and Accountability.

We also have PEOPLE who insist that we openness inhibits development, hence we must choose between openness and PROJECTS, and they've already chosen PROJECTS. 

It is IMPORTANT to note that these are invariable campaigns against the FREEDOM of INFORMATION Act, and effectively a FIGHT against the openness that characterises a modern democratic SOCIETY.
