The Rivers State APC New(Social) Media Team, heartily congratulates The President Muhammadu Buhari led Federal Government, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, the Ministry of Transportation & the Hon. Minister of State for Aviation, Sen. Hadi Sirika, on the successful Reconstruction/Upgrade of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport runway in Abuja, to world standard. We also pray that this gesture is extended to Airports situated in other parts of Nigeria, as resources permits.
We are not surprised that the Buhari-led administration, kept to her promise of re-opening the Airport on schedule. Indeed, this is a giant infrastructural development and a hallmark of change as promised by the Buhari administration.
The understanding and patience exhibited by Nigerians, while the renovation lasted, is highly commendable. We therefore encourage them to continue believing in the determination and commitment of the Federal Government, towards building world class infrastructures that will bring about economic boost.
