The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has ordered the contractor handling the Igwruta-Etche road to return to site. The Executive Director Projects Mr. Adjogbe Samuel gave the directive when he led a team of NDDC Directors and Engineers to the site.
He said “one of the commitments we have made is to initiate all possible engagements with stakeholders to get our projects on-going, especially projects that have been stalled for some time”. He also noted that the original scope of work will be maintained and an additional drainage system will be introduced.
