Few hours ago from Glass House, Government House Lokoja , the Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Alh Yahaya Adoza Eleojo Sokolayam Bello was represented at the sensitization training of the men of the Nigeria Road Safety Service Corps by his tireless and workerholic Chief of Staff, Hon Edward Onoja along with one of the foot soldier of New Direction who has distinguished himself by is commitment and devotion to the success of GYB administration, of course, he's Hon Engr. Ohere, Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
His Excellency has promised his continuous support to the Kogi State Sector Command for effective and smooth operation for the ember months, it could be recalled that recently during the October 1st marking the Independence Day anniversary of Nigeria, the Kogi State Governor donated over 150 patrol Van vehicles to the various security agencies, which includes the Kogi State Road Safety Sector Command, this is a cleared stand of the Kogi State Government to ensure safety of lives and properties on our high ways within the Kogi State.
The representative of the Zonal Commandant appreciated the Governor for his relentless effort towards ensuring safety on our high ways, that such gestured his commendable and as well, it has eased their safety operation and emergency rescue team, which has helped in rescue of many accident victims.
The Zonal Sector representative in his closing remarks thanks His Excellency for his humane heart, and promised him the cooperation of the Kogi State Sector Command.
