RIVERS STATE FOR SALE BY WIKE .....ABIA READY TO BUY

RIVERS STATE FOR SALE BY WIKE .....ABIA READY TO BUY By Derek A. If Wike was ready for governance and not merchandise the 126billion borrowed in one year for capital projects as he claimed would turned Rivers state into heaven. Now he has gotten approval to borrow again bcos elections are here. Now my question are: > Why borrow when a court judgement is about to be given? > Why is the state also in need of borrowing when elections dates are announced by INEC? > Why not tie the borrowing to projects and allow banks fund them like his predecessor Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi did? Whenever i talk, people who see far below my sight level will respond jst because social media has allowed such and when i keep calm, same people will complain indicating that my observations and lamentations are real. For records purpose, let the world know that Wike has borrowed about twice of Abia state budget which is 96.7billion, Edo and Imo states budget of about 111.5 and 141.2 billion respectively have also been surpassed by the borrowing specailist Nyesom Wiked READ RUNDOWN OF STATES AND THEIR 2016 BUDGET 1.
