Governor Dickson's Thugs Sent To Attack Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan’s House Arrested.

The Bayelsa state police command has foiled plans to unleash mayhem in the state by some men of the chthonic world. The arrest dare devil assailants were rounded up in a hotel at Swali, a town in Yenagoa, where they were perfecting their strategy on how to successfully attack Jonathan’s house and leave behind enough casualties to put the state in a state of turmoil.
The suspected thugs, who were known to be Governor Dickson's hatchet men, had been actively involved in some of the electoral violence that was witnessed in the state. And the motive for attacking the house of former President Goodluck Jonathan was for political gain, as the planned attack was to be put at the doorstep of the APC, thereby turning the people against the party and its gubernatorial candidate Chief Timipre Sylva ahead of the saturday supplementary election.
The arrested hatchet men of Dickson who names have been made public are, Timiere Matthew, 25; Samuel Joe, 27, Emeka Asupha, 34, Ebipre Ebebi, 25, and Okilo Matthew, 25. Confirming the suspects arrest, the Police Public Relations Officer, Bayelsa State Command, Asinim Butswat, said their apprehension was based on a tip-off.
The spokesperson said, “On the January 6, 2016, at about 1500hrs, based on a tip-off, detectives from the Anti-Kidnapping and Anti-Vice unit stormed a hotel premises in Swali community, Yenagoa, and arrested five suspects.
