It is quite interesting to know that the efforts being put by the people of Rivers state in ensuring that the notable serial blackmailers and pathological falsehood perpetrators are shown the way out of leadership positions, are gradual paying-off.
It started as a very Herculean task but today it has ended in praise as the Rivers APC now has two Senators out of the three senatorial districts, some House of Representatives members and about six House of Assembly members.
The development is quite commendable going by the manner in which the enemies of positive change( the PDP) in Rivers state ruthless ly and forcefully stole the people's mandate and found their ways to almost all the elective positions abinitio. But just yesterday the 24th of August 2017, the Court of appeal corrected some of the anomalies.
The Initiative For Change & Development(ICD) is at peace with the verdict that reaffirmed the electoral victories of;

We salute the courage of the party's leadership caucus and all other party members.
The displayed resilience, steadfastness and doggednes throughout the period of hearing and judgement of the matters is indeed worthy of wining the Guiness award.
We want to declare that members of the APC are people that has capacity of sticking to the hard truth for a long period time, even in difficult situations.
The recent reaffirmation of the truth by the Court of Appeal is purely an indication that the APC is ongroud in Rivers state and that the remaining stolen mandate of the people will be recovered in the year 2019.
We want to state as a group that works in tandem with expected recipes for change and development, that our hope and strength of synergysing with government in realising transformation/good governance in society, has taken a new dimension and renewed formation.
