The Initiative For Change & Development (ICD), is calling on it's members, agents of change and the general public to endeavour to partake in the soon-to-start Permanent Voters Card (PVC) registration and collection.
Ownership of PVC is everybody's right, it is an object of identification.
In the words of Hon. Sam Rogers, "we must take the current when it serves or we loose the venture". Let us make good use of this great opportunity so we can elect good leaders come 2019.
