Former Minister of State for Education and Legal Practitioner Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi has commended the Department of State Services DSS, for their decision to investigate some members of the Country’s judiciary.
Gbagi while speaking to newsmen yesterday in Abuja described the action as a step in the right direction for the judicial system saying it will sanitize the judicial system and rid it of criminal elements.
He also added that the DSS acted within its constitutional mandate, adding that it is empowered to apprehend any citizen it considered a criminal element in the society.
