AkpoBari Celestine "I have a formular for wealth creation, i call it "VVF" V= Value V= Volume F= Frequency think of a value, create the volume and put it out there, then you calculate your frequency" ~ Efezino Akpotu (Int'l Athlete,Entrepreneur) Poverty is a thing of the mind, You can not completely eradicate poverty, you can only reduce it.... YOUTH WEEK SYMPOSIUM. The youth wing of The All Progressives Congress in Rivers state have just concluded Fridays edition of the 2016 International Youth week. The Symposium/Lecture which was organized by the APC Youth League Rivers coordinate tagged the Fridays event ‎as "Roadmap to 2030: Achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through Poverty Eradication by Production and Consumption". The event which was held in Port Harcourt brought people from around the state, As part of the programme of the day saw Guest speaker Hon. Akpobari Celestine lecture the spectators on the need to ending poverty and create wealth in the society. In his words “Before now, communities grew by building infrastructure of their contribution and efforts without support from Government. But from the day the community started looking up to Government for infrastructural development, the Community ceased to develop”. Other speakers were: - Efezino Akpotu (Int'l Athelete/Entrepreneur) Pst Joseph Princewill (Leadership Expert) Dabo Apoala Etela (Brand Manager) The event drew participants from budding entrepreneurs, youth groups and students in tertiary institutions to meet and glean relevant information from a diverse group of experts connected with the theme of this years edition.
