WORKERS DAY CELEBRATION: A GROUP OF GRADUATE TEACHERS EMPLOYED BY AMAECHI DRUM PRAISES AND ENCOMIUMS FOR THE UBIMA BORN POLITICIAN,AMAECHI'S LEGACIES IN RIVERS STATE.
During an interview session by Bill Christian Reporters World Wide today, at the "workers day celebration, a group of the graduate teachers employed by H.E. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi when he was governor of Rivers State, were full of praises and encomiums for the Ubima born politician. According to their spokes person who pleaded anonymity, empathetically stated that "H.E Amaechi is a God sent messiah to the families of all the thirteen thousand two hundred(13200) teachers that he employed, comprising of both Rivers and non Rivers indigenes. They are praying for Amaechi to have the opportunity to replicate what he did in Rivers State, to Nigeria, through the Ministry of Transportation. The group also used the opportunity to appeal to the incumbent governor/government to strive hard and see that the model schools which Amaechi built and equipped are not allowed to dilapidate. In all, they wished that successive government's will develop upon the giant legacies of Amaechi, especially in the educational and health sectors, where he built so many new schools and hospitals in all the 23lga's and also provided the prerequisite manpower, through the employment of 13200 graduate teachers and over 400 doctors.
